Since the establishment from the very beginning, our company with a 60-year fund of information about the market, became one of the best known companies in the market. As Maras ice-cream being in the first place, particularly, our company not only produces over 30 different types of ice-cream from natural ingredients but also produces desert, cake and peanut butter.
FERAH Dondurma, with its current facilities, is able to produce 5 tons of ice-cream per hour and also has the certificates of Turkish Food Codex, HACCP Food Securing System and ISO 9002 Quality Management Systems. Our products checked and reviewed by the food engineers are kept in cold storages after an in-depth review. FERAH Dondurma, with the conscious of adapting to the developing changes in the field of technology and economy, has commenced production in a facility built over 13.000m2 of field. By finishing and enabling the facility in the first quarter of 2015, our company has increased its production to 5 tons of ice-cream per hour and 6 thousand tons of ice-cream per year.
